Dear Lord,

As I lay my heart before you and pursue the Calling you have for my life, I trust that you already have set apart the best partner for me. I believe that the guy you have in mind has same passion I have for your kingdom. I pray that he always puts You first than his own emotions and desires. I pray that you’ll make him as a man who has the strength to lead multitudes as well as his future wife and kids.

I pray that he’s already praying for me to be his companion despite the fact that I am still in the process of waiting. I pray that you’ll give him the strength to persevere as he patiently waits for me and that he will pursue me when the right time comes. Give him wisdom in everything he’ll do and keep him away from any temptations. May You be the only focus he has and that he will always be led towards my path. I pray that he’ll never give up, that he’ll not lose hope and always endure the tests of life. I pray that he’ll fight a good fight of faith. Continue to strengthen him the same way you’ve strengthened David in the midst of Goliath.

I know that you have placed the desire to lead your people ever since I was young for a great reason. I know that you have called me for a bigger mission and I am all up for it! I will not step back or run away from such privilege to serve you and your people. I choose you more than anything. I set aside my own desires just to follow the path you’ve set before me. I know by doing this you will reward my heart for you are a faithful God.

I do believe that you already have in mind which Guy you’ve called to be my partner. You are molding and equipping this guy the same way you are preparing me to be his wife. I believe you have a great future ahead of us. That is why I choose to entrust him to you. Only you God can make a better man out of him.

Wherever he is and whatever he does, give him the assurance that I am waiting for him on the other side. Holy Spirit, speak to him and reveal to him your plans the same way you are revealing it to me. Whisper into our hearts the promises you have for us that we may learn to trust in You no matter what. Speak to us. Lead us. Guide us. Secure us. And Show us that we are meant to be together on your proper time. Fill us with your love that we may find wholeness in your presence. Be the one to connect us and always provide a way to bring us closer to each other as we draw closer to Your presence.

Give me eyes to see, ears to hear and a heart to embrace the one you have intended for me. At the Right time and place, you will lead him to me the same way you led Boaz to Ruth’s life. I trust everything before you.

This prayer is reminder that even though I am setting aside my heart, God has the one set apart for me. He is preparing this guy the same way God is preparing me towards this great adventure. I will not be afraid to put God above everything for He holds my world. He’s got it all planned out.

As I am writing this, I am in Malaysia, choosing to do the Academy (School of Leadership in Hope City KL) and help out church here in order to pursue my calling & mission for His kingdom. I have set aside all my life: career, love life, leisure & comfort just to follow Him. It’s not easy but I know it’s all worth it.

As PSALM‬ ‭37:4‬ ‭would say,

“Delight yourself in the LORD, And He will give you the desires and petitions of your heart.” -AMP

‭‭“Enjoy serving the Lord, and he will give you whatever you ask for.” -ERV‬‬

There’s nothing more exciting than being in the presence of God. Therefore I will always take delight and be happy in serving Him. He will never fail to bless and reward you in return.
