The best privilege to get to worship in the places I used to only read in the Bible. God has been so evident and present in every place we went to. My life is never the same again.
Let me share you my worship experience while I was in Israel and the places we had the opportunity to sing in the name of Jesus:

We worshiped in the place where the Holy Spirit filled the apostles and they spoke in tongues… The place where I strongly felt the Holy Spirit leading us to worship in tongues.
Acts 2:1-4 TPT
On the day Pentecost was being fulfilled,[a] all the disciples were gathered in one place. 2 Suddenly they heard the sound of a violent blast of wind[b] rushing into the house[c] from out of the heavenly realm. The roar of the wind was so overpowering it was all anyone could bear! 3 Then all at once a pillar of fire appeared before their eyes.[d] It separated into tongues of fire that engulfed[e] each one of them. 4 They were all filled and equipped[f] with the Holy Spirit and were inspired[g] to speak in tongues—empowered by the Spirit to speak in languages they had never learned!

The place where Jesus healed a lame man. We got to worship and be prayed for with anointed oil. We get to sing to the people in the church as a choir sounding like angels.
JOHN 5: 1-8 The Healing at Bethesda
Some time later, Jesus went up to Jerusalem for one of the Jewish festivals. 2 Now there is in Jerusalem near the Sheep Gate a pool, which in Aramaic is called Bethesda[a] and which is surrounded by five covered colonnades. 3 Here a great number of disabled people used to lie—the blind, the lame, the paralyzed. [4] [b] 5 One who was there had been an invalid for thirty-eight years. 6 When Jesus saw him lying there and learned that he had been in this condition for a long time, he asked him, “Do you want to get well?”
7 “Sir,” the invalid replied, “I have no one to help me into the pool when the water is stirred. While I am trying to get in, someone else goes down ahead of me.”
8 Then Jesus said to him, “Get up! Pick up your mat and walk.” 9 At once the man was cured; he picked up his mat and walked.
8 Then Jesus said to him, “Stand up! Pick up your sleeping mat and you will walk!”9 Immediately he stood up—he was healed! So he rolled up his mat and walked again! Now this miracle took place on the Jewish Sabbath.
That moment we sang to the empty grave declaring “DEATH COULD NOT HOLD YOU, YOU SILENCE THE BOAST OF SIN & GRAVE”, (What a Beautiful Name by Hillsong Worship) and the rest of the people in the tomb worshipped along with us.
JOHN 19:41
41 At the place where Jesus was crucified, there was a garden, and in the garden a new tomb, in which no one had ever been laid.

We get to worship at the Southern Wall of the Temple Mount where Jesus would go to teach.
JOHN 7: 14-15
14 Not until halfway through the festival did Jesus go up to the temple courts and begin to teach. 15 The Jews there were amazed and asked, “How did this man get such learningwithout having been taught?”
16 Jesus answered, “My teaching is not my own. It comes from the one who sent me.17 Anyone who chooses to do the will of God will find out whether my teaching comes from God or whether I speak on my own.

The Shepherds’ Field
We worshipped in a place where angels appeared to the Shepherds and praised that the Savior is born.
Luke 2:8-15
8 And there were shepherds living out in the fields nearby, keeping watch over their flocks at night. 9 An angel of the Lord appeared to them, and the glory of the Lord shone around them, and they were terrified. 10 But the angel said to them, “Do not be afraid. I bring you good news that will cause great joy for all the people. 11 Today in the town of David a Savior has been born to you; he is the Messiah, the Lord. 12 This will be a sign to you: You will find a baby wrapped in cloths and lying in a manger.”
13 Suddenly a great company of the heavenly host appeared with the angel, praising God and saying,
14 “Glory to God in the highest heaven,
and on earth peace to those on whom his favor rests.”15 When the angels had left them and gone into heaven, the shepherds said to one another, “Let’s go to Bethlehem and see this thing that has happened, which the Lord has told us about.”

We get to worship Jesus at the top of Mount of Olives on a Sunday where other people joined us for a Sunday Worship.

GETHSEMANE
The place where Jesus prayed before He got arrested. We worshipped and prayed that in the midst of our battle and struggles, Jesus has won it for us.
Mark 14:32-36
32 They went to a place called Gethsemane, and Jesus said to his disciples, “Sit here while I pray.” 33 He took Peter, James and John along with him, and he began to be deeply distressed and troubled. 34 “My soul is overwhelmed with sorrow to the point of death,” he said to them. “Stay here and keep watch.”
35 Going a little farther, he fell to the ground and prayed that if possible the hour might pass from him. 36 “Abba,[f] Father,” he said, “everything is possible for you. Take this cup from me. Yet not what I will, but what you will.”

We got to experience how Jesus calmed the waves as we set and worship in the middle of the sea.
Mark 4:35-39
35 That day when evening came, he said to his disciples, “Let us go over to the other side.”36 Leaving the crowd behind, they took him along, just as he was, in the boat. There were also other boats with him. 37 A furious squall came up, and the waves broke over the boat, so that it was nearly swamped. 38 Jesus was in the stern, sleeping on a cushion. The disciples woke him and said to him, “Teacher, don’t you care if we drown?”
39 He got up, rebuked the wind and said to the waves, “Quiet! Be still!” Then the wind died down and it was completely calm.

We get to worship on an altar that was built for a golden calf.
1 King 12:28-31
25 Then Jeroboam fortified Shechem in the hill country of Ephraim and lived there. From there he went out and built up Peniel.[c]
26 Jeroboam thought to himself, “The kingdom will now likely revert to the house of David.27 If these people go up to offer sacrifices at the temple of the Lord in Jerusalem, they will again give their allegiance to their lord, Rehoboam king of Judah. They will kill me and return to King Rehoboam.”
28 After seeking advice, the king made two golden calves. He said to the people, “It is too much for you to go up to Jerusalem. Here are your gods, Israel, who brought you up out of Egypt.” 29 One he set up in Bethel, and the other in Dan. 30 And this thing became a sin; the people came to worship the one at Bethel and went as far as Dan to worship the other.[d]

The place where Jesus was baptized. We get to minister to the people being baptized at the river.
Luke 3: 21
21 When all the people were being baptized, Jesus was baptized too. And as he was praying, heaven was opened 22 and the Holy Spirit descended on him in bodily form like a dove. And a voice came from heaven: “You are my Son, whom I love; with you I am well pleased.”

We got to declare how much Jesus loves the world and worship Him on top of the Blessed Mountain.
Matthew 5
Now when Jesus saw the crowds, he went up on a mountainside and sat down. His disciples came to him, 2 and he began to teach them.
He said:
3 “Blessed are the poor in spirit,
for theirs is the kingdom of heaven.

The place where Jesus would teach in synagogues.
Mark 1:21-22
21 They went to Capernaum, and when the Sabbath came, Jesus went into the synagogue and began to teach. 22 The people were amazed at his teaching, because he taught them as one who had authority, not as the teachers of the law.

As we worshipped on top of Mount Carmel where Elijah prayed for rain. The moment we finished worshipping, rain poured out!
1 Kings 18:41-44
41 And Elijah said to Ahab, “Go, eat and drink, for there is the sound of a heavy rain.” 42 So Ahab went off to eat and drink, but Elijah climbed to the top of Carmel, bent down to the ground and put his face between his knees.
43 “Go and look toward the sea,” he told his servant. And he went up and looked.
“There is nothing there,” he said.
Seven times Elijah said, “Go back.”
44 The seventh time the servant reported, “A cloud as small as a man’s hand is rising from the sea.”

JAFFA, TEL AVIV
WE WORSHIP THE GOD WHO MADE THE SEA AND THE LAND.
Jonah 1:9
“Jonah answered them, “I’m a Hebrew. I worship the LORD, the God of heaven. He is the God who made the sea and the land.”
Words cannot explain the things we’ve experienced as we set out to these different places during our trip. There were so many miracles, breakthroughs, encounters of the Holy Spirit and different people drawing close to our moment of worship and prayer. God reminded me that we can worship Him in Spirit and in Truth wherever we go… We don’t have to be at the Holy Temple just to be able to Worship. We are His Temple and vessel of His presence. Jesus tore the veil when He died and rose again. It was His love and sacrifice that gave us the right to become God’s children and to be able to come boldy to His throne of Grace. I can say, my heart is satisfied to be in His presence, a place I wouldn’t wanna leave or be far away of.
Sincerely,
Abby Bern
